Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Orlando, FL)

Cedar Ivory Foods produces packaged foods at its Orlando plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
