Bright Granite Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
