Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Ivory Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
