Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Fern Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Orlando, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
