Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Wilder Property Management manages apartment communities around Omaha, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
