Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Pine Housing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. • Experience with an ERP system.
