Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Pharma Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
