Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
