Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Timber Housing manages affordable housing communities across Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system.
