Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Pine Press and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
