Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Sable Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
