Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fox Construction and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 595 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
