Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing makes precision components in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
