Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Willow Pharma Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
