Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Cross Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around New Orleans, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
