Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Farms is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
