Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Thistle Press and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
