Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around Minneapolis with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
