Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vale Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
