Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
