Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system.
