Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
