Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Cobalt Auto Group is a Miami company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
