Clearpath Umber Civic Services is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
