Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood River Markets serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
