Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Wilder Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
