Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Memphis, TN)

Summit Basin Civic Services works with county and city offices around Memphis, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 394 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests.
