Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Memphis, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
