Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Summit Property Management Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
