Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Manufacturing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 710 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
