Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Quill Facilities looks after properties across the Memphis region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
