Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Memphis, TN)

Summit Vista Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
