Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Vale Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Louisville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
