Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Loom Construction is a Las Vegas contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
