Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Ivory Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 934 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
