Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Linden Facilities and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
