Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
