Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Stone Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
