Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Foods Partners and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 980 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
