Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Umber Facilities is a facilities company in Kansas City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
