Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Kansas City area, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
