Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jackson, MS)

Fernwood Keystone Civic Services works with county and city offices around Jackson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to public records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
