Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
