Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Lantern Construction is a Jackson contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
