Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Timber Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
