Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Rowan Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Jackson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
