Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bright Manufacturing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
