Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood Ridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 811 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
