Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Houston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
