Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Hartford, CT)

Stonegate Juniper Health Group is a healthcare provider in Hartford with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
